Funky Weekend

I had a wonderful weekend teaching Funky Fowl classes; fabulous creative ladies, and lots of colourful Funky birds. I did remember my camera, but forgot to check the battery, so I had to save it for end-of-the-day-pictures. Oh, well, live and learn…

We have so many talented and fun quilters in our guild, and I’m so lucky to get to know them better through classes and workshops. I love that we are such a diverse group with so many different styles and tastes and skills, and yet have so much in common.

I hope you’ll enjoy these pictures for now, and that I remember to bring my recharged camera to our guild meeting next week for more!

  4. Soon you will populate the world with your funky fowls. These are wonderful, each and every one
and all so individual, the stamp of each person
showing there. I can hear them clucking now.

  10. Amazing! Everyone of them are wonderful and so different too. That's what I like about my group too....we all interpret the same pattern a little differently with the colors and textures of the fabric and have so much fun together.
