Of rooms and views

I am back from a splendid weekend in Molde. The return trip took an extra 14 hours and 40 minutes including an unplanned sleepover at Oslo airport Gardermoen, so it was goo-ood to come home.

My friend Terri asked whether the West of Norway is anything like the South of France. I’ll let you be the judge; same window, different times of the day.

Rooms with views is only one of the perks teaching at Vestlandstreff though; more pictures to follow!

I have been bugged by spammers lately, so in lieu of better ideas on how go get rid of them, I’ll be turning on the annoying word verification for now. Sorry about that. I have been searching high and low for ways to block bloggers without involving IP addresses and similar techie stuff, but nothing so far.

Any better ideas out there?

  2. What beautiful pictures! Thanks for sharing!

  3. So irritating about the spammers! Very interesting to see that view from so many different times of day.

  4. Sort of a "day in the life of..." Fun! The third picture I said :No" not the same building. She must be starting with another subject, but it was a ship docked there! What a surprise!
So it's not like the South of France. It's wonderful, beautiful and surprising.
Sorry for the long trip home, but you made it home and that's all that matters.
Glad you are back in blogland! (I don't care what kind of hoops I have to jump through.)

  5. Love your different views...spammers, luckily wordpress takes care of most of that, comment verification is okay. Rather have that than having you deal with bleck. xox

  6. Så flotte bilder av Havnegata 8. Mannen i huset ble veldig begeistret for han jobber der :) På folkemunne kalles bygget for "legoklossen".
Tenkte på dere da flyet fikk problemer!
