"Christmas at the cabin"

is the 4th finished workshop model (or should that be sample?). It’s another “julepost” – a wall hanging with a pocket for Christmas cards, made the same way as “Urban Christmas”.

We have never celebrated Christmas in our cabin, but husband and I once spent a New Years Eve there. It was a bit spooky; just us up there, and so incredible dark even with the snow. We did bring fireworks, and really got full value as there was no light pollution at all.

  2. They are darling. I went fabric shopping today. Our Walmart salesperson is a quilter and she was so much help to me. I am sending a quilt square for a quilt we are putting together for an unknown family who has had a tragedy. I only need to send one square. Surely I can do that.

  4. These wallhangings are so cute. I love the idea of a vinyl pocket to hold cards. Quite a creative idea. Hope your foot and ankle are feeling much better now.
