Public art, The Wall

I love public art. This mural is on the wall of a public building near Stokkavannet in Stavanger. I have searched the web to find the artist but with no luck. If anyone has info on who painted it I would love to know. That is who painted it, not that you know.
This is such a powerful punch you in the stomach fender bender stunning piece of art. Fortunately I was wise enough to stop the car to take pictures.
