Make a Christmas tree name tag Tutorial

Hello there!

So October went by in the blink of an eye. Days fly by while checking one house-box after the other. Hours and hours have been spent choosing kitchen fittings down to tedious details which I don’t really care about until we have to pick something, then I find myself caring anyway. The progress is still moving forward according to husband’s Big Plan, and if we are lucky, we’ll be in in just a few weeks.

The few hours I get to spend playing with fabrics and threads have mainly been work related, but last week I caved and made something small just for the joy of it. I was teaching a Christmas tree class last weekend, so I made Christmas tree name tags for my students.

I only needed 8, but you know how it is, it is easy to get carried away.

I did not take a lot of progress pictures, but I have made some illustrations in case you would like to make a few tags for your guild buddies or upcoming Christmas parties.

You will find the tutorial posted here.

You will also find my previous name tag tutorial posted here.

Enjoy!

  2. Very cute! I could see these as a gift tag turned ornament.
