Giveaway prize from SewCalGal

Sewing notions – who doesn’t need them! I was so lucky to win a giveaway at SewCalGal a while back, and this weekend these very useful notions arrived in my mailbox. Magnets to spare our feet, my back and knees, measuring tape and seam rippers (all from John James), plus different kinds of needles.

I have seen the pebble advertized in magazines, but never seen them around here. They are so cute!

Now I can stitch, unpick every bad stitch and pick up my needle when I toss it away in frustration while measuring how far I threw it…
